Welcome to my personal Walk for Kids page! In 2014, I accepted a job with the Orange County Ronald McDonald House. I never knew what an impact it would have on my life. I have met incredible children battling terrible illnesses. Having a chronic blood condition (ITP) myself, I could (in my way) relate to the children and families I meet everyday. I remember the nights i've spent in the hospital, that fear and loneliness that hits you when visitation hours are over...I cannot imagine going through that with a child of my own...I know we are making a difference in the lives of these parents by allowing them to be close to their child in the hospital.
