I am very excited to be part of Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times Alumni Walk for Kids even. Since 1999 I have seen the effects of cancer in children and adults. Over the last 2 decades I have battled reoccurrences, continued surgies and the long-term effects of the chemotherapy I received all those years ago. The battle is always ongoing, with mental and physical trauma a child will endure when entering into remission. Ronald McDonald House has made this journey more approachable with, but not limited to Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times. Attending camp in learning and becoming a person who has dedicated my experiences to work with those who struggle with it their whole life.
Please join me in donating to a important cause to those whose lives will be affected by cancer and help them have the chance to receive the experiencss in attending Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times.
My fellow Alumni and myself will be walking for the 2020 Walk for Kids. Any donation or support is welcome. So never feel obligated to donate money, your support in this is already greatly appreciated by just reading this.
