Welcome to my Walk for Kids 2023 Page

Dear Friends,
At Camp, we believe healing happens together. And we are excited to announce that we will be back in-person for our healing camp sessions this summer - and this year to raise vital funds to support our families with our 2023 Walk for Kids, which will take place at the Rose Bowl on April 29th.
As the incoming Chair of the Board of Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times, I’m privileged to support an organization that acts as a lifeline for children with cancer and their families. We know we can’t negate the impact of chemotherapy or reduce the pain that comes with treatment, but we feel that cancer should not take away the opportunity for a child to experience the fun, laughter and joy of life. Camp provides that opportunity and more! Offering children fighting cancer the chance to take a break from hospitals and find the opportunity to just be “ordinary kids”.
I want to share with you a quote from a camper that exemplifies what Camp does and why i joined Camp's Board in the first place: “When I first found out about Ethan’s cancer I was thirteen and I didn’t know anybody who had gone through the same experience as me. And I sort of felt separated from my peers, I felt like I was alone, I didn’t have anyone who I could relate to. And then I found out about camp and I thought why would I go there? I’m going with my brother to make sure he is ok and I got there and I am 100 percent sure that it did more for me. Everyone knows what you’re feeling because they have felt it at some point. It was the most fantastic experience I’ve ever had and I always looked forward to it.”
Please show your support and make a secure online donation by clicking the red Donate Now button to the top right of the page. I also invite you to join my team and attend the Walk for Kids on Saturday April 29th at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena.
Thank you so much! We hope to see you at the Walk for Kids on April 29th!
